Support for Anxiety, Trauma & Low Self-Worth
You might be here because anxiety feels constant, past experiences still feel unresolved, or you’re exhausted from feeling “not enough.”
I work with adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, trauma, burnout, or self-criticism and want to feel calmer, more grounded, and more confident in themselves.
Therapy offers a safe, confidential space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to move forward in a way that feels steady and sustainable.
Anxiety & Overwhelm
If you often feel on edge, overthink conversations, struggle to switch off, or feel emotionally exhausted, we can gently explore the patterns driving your anxiety and develop ways to feel more regulated and secure. Our work may focus on understanding triggers, calming your nervous system, and building a stronger sense of internal safety.

Trauma & Difficult Experiences
If past experiences still feel present in your body, your relationships, or your sense of self, trauma-focused therapy can help process what hasn’t yet settled. I offer EMDR and trauma-informed approaches that support you to revisit difficult experiences safely and at your own pace.

What Does EMDR Look Like?
If you’re curious about what happens in an EMDR session, you can watch this short video:
Low Self-Worth, Burnout & Perfectionism
You may appear capable and high-functioning on the outside, yet carry a strong inner critic or a persistent sense of not being good enough.
Perhaps you push yourself relentlessly, struggle to rest without guilt, or feel burnt out from constantly trying to meet impossible standards.
For some, these patterns are linked to earlier relational experiences or trauma. You may find yourself people-pleasing, over-functioning in relationships, or feeling responsible for others’ emotions.
Therapy can help you understand where these beliefs and coping strategies developed and begin to build a more compassionate, secure, and sustainable way of relating to yourself and others. Over time, this often leads to healthier boundaries, reduced burnout, greater emotional stability, and more confident decision-making.

How We Begin
Our first session is an opportunity to slow things down and begin to make sense of what’s brought you here.
We’ll explore what feels most important, what you would like to change, and what kind of support might feel helpful. There’s no expectation to have everything clearly articulated and no pressure to commit to a particular approach straight away.
If you’d like more detail, you can read about what to expect in your first therapy session.
