Past experiences, health concerns, or ongoing stress may still be influencing how you see yourself, how you feel, and the decisions you make, even when you’re aware that you want things to change.
I offer online therapy for adults, including EMDR therapy, to support you in understanding and processing experiences that continue to shape your sense of self and present-day choices. EMDR therapy can help reduce the emotional impact of past events so they no longer define who you are or how you move forward. Therapy is a confidential, supportive space to slow down, reflect, and work toward change at a pace that feels right for you.
