Description
Stop putting everyone else’s needs before your own.
Do you struggle to say no, feel guilty when you disappoint someone, or constantly question your decisions because you’re worried about what other people think?
I created this four-week challenge to help you start making decisions based on what YOU want and need, rather than constantly seeking other people’s approval.
Over four weeks, you’ll practise:
- Week 1: Making time for yourself without feeling the need to justify it.
- Week 2: Saying no without unnecessary apologies or explanations.
- Week 3: Respecting your own capacity instead of feeling obliged to be constantly available.
- Week 4: Paying attention to how YOU experience relationships instead of automatically analysing or excusing other people’s behaviour.
What’s included?
- 10-page challenge guide explaining the four weekly practices, with practical exercises and psychological insights.
- 7-page printable workbook with weekly checklists, reflection questions and space to track your progress.
Format: Two downloadable PDF files.
This is a psychoeducational and self-reflection resource, not psychological therapy or personalised clinical advice.
