Individual Session Fees

Initial Assessment (50 minutes): £140
A one-off session to explore your goals, history, and decide on the best treatment plan together.

Ongoing Individual Therapy (50 minutes): £160
Standard sessions using integrative approaches tailored to your needs, including relational, psychodynamic, and CBT-informed work.

EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a specialist therapy for trauma, PTSD, and emotionally distressing experiences.
Session Type Duration Fee EMDR – Standard 60 min £180 EMDR – Extended 90 min £270 Sessions are longer than standard therapy to allow sufficient time for preparation, processing, and integration.

EMDR Therapy Package Options
For clients committed to focused trauma work, these packages offer structure and value. All packages are valid for up to 6 months.
- 6 Session Plan – 6 x 90 min – £1,500 (£250 per session / £120 savings)
- 8 Session Plan – 8 x 90 min – £1960 (£245 per session / £200 savings)
- 12 Session Plan – 12 x 90 min – £2760 (£230 per session / £480 savings)
Bonus Follow-Up Session
Each package includes a 50% discounted 50-minute follow-up session (£80) This session is optional and can be used within 6 months after completing your package. It’s ideal for checking in on your progress or addressing anything that emerges post-treatment.
Extended EMDR Support (Ongoing Care Option)
Available to clients who have completed the 12-session EMDR programme and where clinically indicated.
These sessions support deeper integration, extended trauma work, or maintenance.

Must be used within 6 months of completing the initial package. These sessions are designed for continued progress, not as a standalone treatment course.
Payment & Cancellation Policy

Prepayment Required: Full or split payments are due in advance.

Deadline: All payments must be made 24 hours before your appointment.

Payment Method: Bank transfer (details shared after booking your initial session).

Therapeutic Agreement: Must be signed and returned at least 24 hours prior to your session.
Cancellation Terms

48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations (under 48 hours) will be charged at the full session rate.

Missed payments may impact the scheduling of future sessions.
