Initial Assessment – 50 minutes

Your first full session is a thorough assessment designed to explore what brings you to therapy and what you would like to change. We will:

  • Clarify your goals and background

  • Discuss your emotional history and current concerns

  • Explore what you want from therapy

  • Agree a personalised treatment plan tailored to you

The assessment also gives you an experience of what working together feels like so you can make a confident decision about continuing.
