Self-Care Reset helps you shift that. It’s a space to stop performing care and start practicing it in a way that’s honest, personal, and grounded in how you actually feel. This course explores why self-care often doesn’t work — not because you’re doing it wrong, but because it hasn’t been built around you. It helps you listen inward, respond with compassion, and create care that truly supports you — without pressure, perfectionism, or performance.
The content is delivered through a series of self-paced videos in a calm, conversational tone. Some sections are paired with optional reflection prompts to help you engage more deeply with what resonates. You’ll explore:
